Hello!

After years of a career in the commercial sector, a decade ago I decided to change my life and dedicate myself to my true passion …. Truffles and everything that belongs to this world. I had the opportunity to get to know the most successful professionals in this wonderful industry and learn jealously guarded tricks and secrets from them. With them I have shared experiences and knowledge, innovation and hard work in a thousand adventures in the woods most beautiful forests in Italy.

If you were an animal what would you be? Without a doubt …. part bear part dog…a truffle dog!

What is your perfect working day like?

In the woods with my dogs discovering precious truffles and finding new undiscovered areas to return to the next day.
